Protocol practice for the Bilingual team. Your trainer will have given you an access code; a Relay code works here too.

Codes last 21 days. Your results are saved against your code so your trainer can see how the group is doing. Close the tab and this browser forgets the code.

Something just went sideways. What do you do?

A nurse talks about the patient instead of to her. A parent asks you to sign. Two people speak at once. Pick the right move before the clock runs out. A wrong move does not end the moment: the encounter continues with the consequence, and you get one chance to repair it out loud.

Pressure
PacksPlay one setting in full. Harder moments later in the pack.
Badges
Scoring
100 for the right move, up to +50 for speed on the clock, times your streak (up to ×3). A repair after a wrong move earns 50.
Composure
Three pips. A wrong move costs one. Lose all three and the run ends early, repair or not.
Judged against
The nine principles of the NCIHC National Code of Ethics for interpreters in health care, applied to school meetings and remote work too.

Keyboard: 1 to 4 to answer, Enter to continue, H to hear the line again. Scenarios are training fiction; no real patient is described.
